Once you have downloaded the new Sage HR app, and you have set up your access from your welcome email, you are able to log into the app.

📌TIP: We recommend you test that you can successfully log in via the website before you log in via the app for the first time.

Step 1 - Domain discovery

The first step of the journey is to specify your workspace URL by entering your Sage HR subdomain - Sage HR needs to know that to ensure you are landing in the right place. This must be entered precisely to be able to sign in.

Step 2 - Authentication

If your employer uses Sage HR, you can log in to the Sage HR mobile app using your Sage HR credentials - email and password.

📎NOTE: Only log in via the app if you have set up your access from your welcome email.

Enter the credentials and tap Sign me in as shown in the screenshot below. These are case sensitive:

📎NOTE: Depending on the enabled authentication method specified by your employer, you can authenticate using Single Sign-On.

When successfully logged in, you will see the Sage HR app dashboard!

Can't log in via the app?

If you're having trouble logging in, this may be because of one of the following issues:

  • You have not entered the correct domain of your company when logging into the app. This must be entered precisely to be able to sign in.

  • Email address and password is not correct. Please note that this is case sensitive.

  • You have not set up your access to Sage HR from your welcome email yet

  • Self-service might be disabled for your user record

  • If your company has deactivated its Sage HR account, you will not be able to log in
