To protect your own and your colleagues´ sensitive data in the Sage HR app, you can set up identity verification using biometrics such as your phone's Face ID, Touch ID or PIN to access the app.
If you haven't already done this the first time you logged into the Sage HR app, you can set this up from the privacy settings in your profile menu.
Log into the app.
Tap Workspace, then My profile.
Under PREFERENCES, tap Privacy Settings.
Then select to enable Verify your identity.
Next steps
If you don't have Face ID, Touch ID or PIN already enabled in your device to unlock it, you are asked to enable one of them.
Once enabled, whenever you're inactive in the app for a while, or you've closed the app and reopened it, you'll be asked to verify yourself.
If you don't want to log in this way, you can tap Log out and log in the usual way with your email address and password.
📌TIP: You can disable this feature the same way as you enable it in your Privacy Settings.
