If you can't log in to the Sage HR mobile app, this can be caused by a few different reasons. To help us figure out why you can't log in, let's run through some checks in the section below.
Try to log in to the website version of Sage HR
The Sage HR app is there to allow you to log in to Sage HR on a mobile phone. As well as this app, you can log in to Sage HR via sage.hr/signin.
Are you able to successfully log in this way?
Okay, let's move on to the next check.
If you're unable to log in to the website version of Sage HR Online Services, please run through our troubleshooting steps outlined in our I can't log in guide.
Check your workspace URL
If you're able to log in via sage.hr/signin, but not the mobile app, it could be that if you're prompted to enter a Workspace URL, you have entered the wrong domain. This is the bit before .sage.hr in your workspace URL.
Please double-check what your workspace URL is. If you don't know, it's easy to check.
Check you have entered the correct email address
Please check you have typed in your email correctly in the mobile app.
If the email address has definitely been entered correctly, please move on to the next check.
Check you have entered the correct password
Please check you have typed in your password correctly in the mobile app.
If your password has auto-populated, please enter your password manually. It is possible your phone has saved an incorrect password.
Still can't log in?
If you've run through all the checks above, and you still can't log in on the Sage HR app, you must contact your employer. They can investigate this for you as they have access to contact Sage HR support directly.
Please let them know whether you can or can't log in on the website version of Sage HR, as they will be asked this.
