You can send documents directly to employees in Sage HR and ask them to accept or decline them. This helps you track who has reviewed important documents and when.
📎NOTE: Only users with Administrator access can request document acceptance.
Upload a document and request acceptance
Upload a document as an admin user.
Select the employees you want to send the document to.
Select Require employee to accept document.
Enter a deadline if needed.
Upload the document.
After you upload the document, each selected employee gets a notification on their dashboard.
Employee response
Employees can select Approve or Decline.
Sage HR records their response and shows the status in the Documents section for admins to review.
