Request document acceptance from another employee

Use Sage HR to upload documents, notify employees, and record their acceptance in one workflow.

You can send documents directly to employees in Sage HR and ask them to accept or decline them. This helps you track who has reviewed important documents and when.

📎NOTE: Only users with Administrator access can request document acceptance.


Upload a document and request acceptance

  1. Upload a document as an admin user.

  2. Select the employees you want to send the document to.

  3. Select Require employee to accept document.

  4. Enter a deadline if needed.

  5. Upload the document.

After you upload the document, each selected employee gets a notification on their dashboard.


Employee response

Employees can select Approve or Decline.

Sage HR records their response and shows the status in the Documents section for admins to review.
