Your domain is needed to ensure you are logging into your company. This article explains how to log in using the domain, what the domain is, and how to find it if you don't know what your domain is?


How to log in to your domain

  1. Open an internet browser, for example, Google Chrome.
  2. Enter in the browser address bar your company's Sage HR web address including your company domain.

What is a "domain"?

The domain name is your company name that goes into the browser bar before "".

πŸ”§ EXAMPLE: If the welcome email link shows as, then only overlookhotel is the domain. To sign in to their company, all the user would need to enter is in their internet browser.

You can find on the link in your welcome email. If you can access Settings, then it can be found in Settings under Your company name in the GENERAL tab.

When an employee is granted access to sign in via Sage ID they receive an welcome email including the option to create a Sage ID. In that email is the link to your company's page which shows the domain.

Click on the link to be taken to your domain login page.
