Sage HR is a cloud-based human resources management solution to help you remotely track, manage, and engage your employees as easily as you do in the office.

You can use Sage HR to integrate workforce management and provide yourself with the tools to automate repetitive tasks.

Give your employees instant and remote access to everything they need with an individual login to Sage HR. You can control access by setting permission levels, to protect sensitive information.

Sage HR comes with seven available HR modules:

  • Core HR

  • Leave Management

  • Timesheets

  • Shift Scheduling

  • Expenses

  • Performance

  • Recuitment

📌TIP: Payslip functionality is also available if you set up Sage HR to be integrated with Sage payroll software.


Core HR

Key features of the Core HR module include:

  • Tasks - quickly update colleagues on tasks that need doing or have been completed

  • Dashboard - employees manage their dashboard, to view tasks, calendar, etc.

  • Employee profiles - view and edit profiles for every employee

  • Onboarding and offboarding - when employees are joining or leaving, be able to automate the process by assigning them various tasks from a predefined list

  • Recipes - create custom workflows that are automated after specific actions are made

  • Company - view your company structure and employee directory

  • Documents - upload, share, and view documents

  • Reports - various reports to get the information you need quickly, as well as additional reports based on the modules you use.

  • Announcements - communicate with your employees and compose internal company update posts that employees can interact with via emoji reactions and comments

  • Compensation - keep track of employees' current and historic salaries

  • Training - manage what training is required for your employees

  • Assets - manage and keep track of your asset inventory


Additional modules

Leave Management

Have a shared calendar, and allow your employees to request leave, check holiday balance and see who else is away. You can also approve time off requests digitally.


Shift Scheduling

Lets you create and edit shifts, then notify your employees at the click of a button.



Timesheets

A fast, easy way for employees to track time worked and overtime.


Performance

Share goals and priorities to unite team efforts while you can’t be in the office.


Expenses

Let employees submit expenses, simply by photographing the receipt directly from the Sage HR mobile app.


Recruitment

Create job ads, manage applicants and schedule interviews.
