The Core HR module provides essential functionality to help simplify your HR workflows and enjoy the convenience of having all your employee data and HR needs in one place.

What can I use it for?

Key features of the Core HR module include:

  • Tasks - quickly update colleagues on tasks that need doing or have been completed

  • Dashboard - employees manage their dashboard, to view tasks, calendar, etc.

  • Employee profiles - view and edit profiles for every employee

  • Onboarding and offboarding - when employees are joining or leaving, be able to automate the process by assigning them various tasks from a predefined list

  • Recipes - create custom workflows that are automated after specific actions are made

  • Company - view your company structure and employee directory

  • Documents - upload, share, and view documents

  • Reports - various reports to get the information you need quickly, as well as additional reports based on the modules you use

  • Announcements - communicate with your employees and compose internal company update posts that employees can interact with via emoji reactions and comments

  • Compensation - keep track of employees' current and historical salaries

  • Training - manage what training is required for your employees

  • Assets - manage and keep track of your asset inventory


How do I set it up?

The Core HR comes automatically when you start a trial or subscription for Sage HR. You can set it up immediately once you have the Core HR module.
