You can use the Performance module to get the most out of your talent, celebrate exceptional contributions, and provide you insight into where improvements can be made.


What can I use it for?

  • Goals and OKRs - Set aspirational goals that challenge your workforce, keep track of progress, and align team efforts with your company vision

  • 360 feedback - Allows employees to paint a holistic view of their own performance with input from peers, managers and subordinates, gathered transparently throughout the year

  • 1-to-1 meetings - With a convenient 1-to-1 meeting scheduling tool, managers can work on the roadblocks holding talent back and pave the way for employees to progress at work

  • Surveys - Sage HR surveys can be set to be anonymous and filled out on mobile devices. Aggregate employee sentiment to help you gauge the satisfaction and engagement of your talent

  • Quick feedback - Let employees seek the informed opinion of the people they trust the most or give quick praise to anyone in the company, in just a few clicks.
