Once a survey has been created, when it is finished you can send it out to relevant people.

We'll show you how.

  1. On the main menu, click Surveys.

  2. Click on the Draft tab.

  3. Click Send out.


    Alternatively, you can click on the survey to edit it, then click Send out.


  4. Select who you want to receive the survey.

    You can search for employees, use a filter, or even select all.


    You can send it to external people too.

    1. Click External people.

    2. To add a new external person to the list click on the ➕.


    3. Enter their email address and full name then click Save.

  5. Once you've selected the relevant people, click Next.

    You see who the survey will be sent to.

  6. If required, if you don't want recipients to be notified by email and mobile notification if they have the Sage HR app, have Send notifications left clear.

    This is selected by default.


  7. When ready to send, click Send.

The survey now moves from the Draft tab to Active.

You can open this survey any time to view its results in real time. You can also send reminders to people to fill out the survey, then finalise the survey when you don't need any more responses and want to view final results.
