If you have employees across different countries, sometimes you need to request feedback in different languages. You can set this up using the multi-language support option when creating a 360 feedback form.
Setting up 360 feedback in multiple languages
Click Enable multiple-language support.
Select the languages you would like the feedback form to be available in.
Once you select each additional language, a new tab will appear at the top of the feedback form.
You can then switch to each of these tabs and input the details in the corresponding languages.
📎 NOTE: Sage HR doesn’t automatically translate information from your default language into the other languages you have selected. You must enter the same information in the additional languages.
Add any additional competencies and questions to your feedback form. You must enter the information in each of the languages for each of the competencies and questions by clicking on the corresponding language tabs for each section.
Once you have entered everything you need, click Save changes.
When you are ready to send the feedback form out, click Send out.
Completing the feedback form
Employees providing the feedback will receive an email notification and a task on their dashboard to fill out the feedback form. The language that the employee sees the feedback form in when filling it out depends on the employee's language settings.
For example, if the employee providing the feedback has set their language to German and the feedback form has German as one of the languages supported, the employee will see the German feedback form when completing the feedback.
External respondents or employees who have set their language to one that is not supported for that feedback form will see the form in the default language.
📎 NOTE: The default language is the language in which the creator creates the feedback form. If the user creating the feedback form uses Sage HR in French, the form's default language will be French.
