Hide a time off policy as an option for employees

Control whether there is a specific time off policy that you don't want an employee to select themselves when they request time off.

Even if you grant employees access to request time off themselves, you can control which time off policies they have access to.

EXAMPLE: You're fine for an employee to request annual leave, but you only want admins and team managers to request sick leave for employees.

  1. Go to edit the relevant time off policy.

  2. Make sure Allow employees to request time off from this policy isn't selected.

  3. Click Save.

Employees now won't have this time off policy as an option when they request time off for themselves.

📎NOTE: The time off policies do appear when you have permission to book time off for another employee.
