Before you use Development goals, we recommend that you go through your development goal settings. Here you can allow employees to edit their own development goals, you can create and edit development templates, and can create and edit development methods.

📎NOTE: Only employees with administrator access can follow these steps.

  1. Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.

  2. On the settings menu click Performance, then click Development goals.


Allow employees to edit their development goals

You can enable employees being able to amend their own development goals.


Development goal templates

You can add to or amend your list of development goal templates which are competencies for an employee to improve on. These appear in a drop-down when an employee adds a new development goal.


Development methods

These are ways that employees can develop their competencies. For example, a training course.
