How to add, edit, or delete your development methods.

Development methods are ways that employees can develop their competencies. For example, a training course, or an e-learn, etc.

You can add to or amend the methods already listed in your Development goals settings.

  1. Under Development methods, click Add development method.

  2. Name the development method, then click Save.

📌TIP: To edit a method click on the pencil icon next to it. To delete a method click on the rubbish bin icon next to it.
