There are seven key features in Performance:
- Goals
- 1-to-1
- Feedback
- Surveys
- Quick Feedback
- Development Goals
- Competencies
You do not have to use all of these features, and in the performance general settings you can turn these features on or off.
📎NOTE: Only employees with administrator access can follow these steps.
- Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.
- On the settings menu click PERFORMANCE, then click General settings.
- Select the performance features you wish to have turned on.
- If required, select whether you want to show a My employees tab in the sidebar for managers, who are based on the org chart.
- Click SAVE.
External people
This is a list of people outside your organisation who can also participate in performance reviews. These people can be selected when you send out reviews.
- Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.
- On the settings menu click PERFORMANCE, then click General settings.
- Under External people, click ADD PERSON.
- Enter an email address.
- Enter full name.
- If required, enter a description.
- Click SAVE.
