Performance general settings

Select which modules you want to make available within performance.

There are seven key features in Performance:

  • Goals

  • 1-to-1

  • 360 Feedback

  • Surveys

  • Quick Feedback

  • Development Goals

  • Competencies

You do not have to use all of these features, and in the performance general settings you can turn these features on or off.

📎NOTE: Only employees with administrator access can follow these steps.


Turn on Performance modules

  1. Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.

  2. On the settings menu click Performance, then click General settings.

  3. Select the performance features you wish to have turned on.


  4. Click Save.

These modules will then appear on your main menu and dashboard.


Enable My Employees tab for managers

You can allow managers to have the My employees tab show on their menu showing them employees under them based on your org chart.

  1. Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.

  2. On the settings menu click Performance, then click General settings.

  3. Select Show "My employees" tab in sidebar for managers


  4. Click Save.

Managers now have My employees show on their main menu


External people

This is a list of people outside your organisation who can also participate in performance reviews. These people can be selected when you send out reviews.

  1. Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.

  2. On the settings menu click Performance, then click General settings.

  3. Under External people, click Add person.

  4. Enter an email address.

  5. Enter full name.

  6. If required, enter a description.

  7. Click Save.

📌TIP: To edit an external person click on the pencil icon. To delete an external person click on the rubbish icon.
