Once offboarding tasks have been created, and the employee has been terminated, you can now assign these tasks to employees to complete before they leave, or to other employees such as their manager if they have already left.

How to assign offboarding tasks

  1. To assign your offboarding tasks to your employees, first head to the leaving employee's profile, then click OFFBOARDING.

  2. Click ADD TASK.

  3. You can either fill out options for a new task, or you can select an existing task template from the dropdown. If you select an existing template you can still make amendments to this before you save it.


  4. Any task that has an employee assigned will be created as a task to complete by that employee. These tasks appear on the employee's Dashboard.

Tasks show either in the Outstanding tab or Completed tab.


How to assign offboarding workflows

  1. Click ADD WORKFLOW.

  2. Select required workflows.


  3. Click NEXT.

  4. If required make any amendments to dates and assignee's.

    If there any tasks that aren't required from the workflow, de-select them.


  5. Once done, click ADD.

Tasks show either in the Outstanding tab or Completed tab.
