Error when terminating an admin user

How to resolve this message when terminating a user currently set as an admin.

When you terminate a user with admin access, you see the following message:

Oops...

This employee is the Administrator of your Sage HR account subscription configuration. Terminating this employee or changing their role will leave some features of your account inaccessible. Please assign a new Administrator first

To resolve this message, you must change their access level from Admin to Employee from within their profile. Use our Remove admin access guide for more details.

Once they're no longer an admin, you can terminate them.

📎NOTE: If they were the original main admin, you can terminate their profile, but you can't delete them from the terminated employees report.
