Why have I received this?

One of our security partners Auth0, checks if the information you've entered has been included in data leaks. This message appears when the email address and password combination you've entered has been found in a data leak unrelated to Sage.

What do I need to do?

If you're trying to create a new Sage account, you must enter a different password for your security to continue.

If you've received an email about your password being found in a 3rd-party data breach, we recommend you reset your password. You can follow the steps in Forgot my password to reset it quickly.

To help keep your account safe, you should also Set up Two-factor authentication (2FA) if you haven't already.
