How to resolve this error message when resetting your password.

When you try to reset your password via the general Sage HR login page (https://sage.hr/signin), you see the error below:

Your sign in information is managed by Sage Cloud ID. Please sign in via your organisation Sage ID domain.

This happens when you try to reset your password using the wrong 'Forgot password' option.

The Forgot your password? option at https://sage.hr/signin is for Sage HR login users. Do not use this option if you use a Sage account (Sage ID) login

📌TIP: Unsure whether you use a Sage HR login or Sage account login?

Users that log in to Sage HR using a Sage account login must reset their password from the Sage account login screen.

To get to this login screen as a Sage account login user, go to your Sage HR company URL for example, e.g. coffeeshop.sage.hr/signin. Alternatively, make sure to enter your email address first when logging in via https://sage.hr/signin.
