Add a new Race and ethnicity

How to create a new Race and ethnicity option to assign employees to.

If you don't have an appropriate race and ethnicity to assign an employee to, you can create a new option.

  1. Click your name in top-right corner, then click Settings.

  2. On the General settings menu, click Employee data.

  3. Click Diversity information.

  4. Click Add race and ethnicity.

  5. Enter a title, then click Add race and ethnicity to save the new category.

This option is now available to select when you assign a Race/Ethnicity to an employee in their profile

To edit this race and ethnicity, click Edit. To delete it, click Delete.

📎NOTE for US customers: The options listed are existing options for EEO requirements. You will receive a warning if you edit, delete these options, or add more.
