Allow employees to edit their development goals

Enable employees being able to amend their own development goals.

If you want an employee to be able to edit their own development goals, you must enable this from within Development goals settings.

  1. Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.

  2. On the settings menu click Performance, then click Development goals.

  3. Select whether you want to allow employees to edit their own long-term and short-term development goals.

  4. Click Save.
