You can book a 1-to-1 meeting with your manager anytime. We'll show you how to do this on the Sage HR app in the steps below.
📎NOTE: To do this:
Your company must have the Performance module
Your company must have the 1-to-1 meetings enabled
iOS version of the Sage HR app
Tap Workspace, then 1-to-1.
Tap Book your 1-to-1.
If you are a manager, select whether you are booking a 1-to-1 with your employee or with your own manager.
If you are a manager booking a 1-to-1 with one of your employees, select the relevant employee
Select a meeting template, then tap Next.
Select a Meeting date and time for the 1-to-1.
If required you can enter a description or add a meeting location.
You are provided with a summary of the suggested 1-to-1. If you are fine with it, tap Confirm.
Your listed reviewer will receive an email notification about this 1-to-1, and it shows listed in your Future 1-to-1 tab.
