Assign recruitment group permissions

How to assign people to be either group administrator, hiring manager, interviewer, or external recruiter within a recruitment group.

In addition to Administrators and Recruitment administrators, Sage HR includes four other permission levels for recruitment groups.

  • Group administrator

  • Hiring manager

  • Interviewer

  • External recruiter

Assign employees to recruitment roles

To assign specific employees to these different recruitment roles, follow the steps below as someone with administrator or recruitment administrator access.

You must have administrator or recruitment administrator access.

  1. Select your name in the top‑right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Select Recruitment, then Groups.

  4. Select the pencil icon under Administrators, Hiring managers, Interviewers, or External recruiters.

  5. Select the employees you want to assign.

  6. Select Save.
