As well as administrators and recruitment administrators there are four other levels of permissions for recruitment groups.
Group administrator
Hiring manager
Interviewer
External recruiter

To assign specific employees to these different recruitment roles, follow the steps below as someone with administrator or recruitment administrator access.
Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.
On the settings menu click Recruitment, then click Groups.
Click on a group's pencil icon underneath the Administrators, Hiring managers, Interviewers or External recruiters columns.
Select who you want to assign to each group permission level.
Click Save.
