If you work for more than one employer that uses Sage HR to provide payslips online, it's possible to access your payslips for both employers.
📎NOTE: In the UK there are two different Sage payslip portals employers might use. Sage HR or Sage Employee Online Services.
Be aware that just because you have two different employers that both use Sage doesn't automatically mean they both use Sage HR.
Can I see payslips for multiple companies in one place?
When you log in to one of your companies on Sage HR, you can only see your payslips and P60s for that company. To view the payslips for another company, you need to switch to the other company, or log out and then log in to the other company.
When can I switch between companies?
When you log in to one company, it's possible to switch to another one of your employers if:
Both employers use Sage HR
Both employers have used the same email address for you
EXAMPLE
Company A uses Sage HR and adds you with [email protected]
Company B uses Sage HR and adds you with [email protected]
If both employers do use Sage HR and use the same email address you can switch between your companies once logged in to one of the companies.

Why can't I see my other employer listed?
When you click on your company name, if you aren't provided with a list of other companies, this means one of the following.
Your other employers set you up under a different email address
You don't exist in your other employer's Sage HR company
Your other employer doesn't use Sage HR, for example, they use Sage Employee Online Services
What if my other employer uses a different email address for me?
On the website version, if your other employers use a different email address for you, you need to log out and then log in to that other company to access your payslips for them.
On the Sage HR app, your companies that use the same email address are automatically listed for you to switch between. You can temporarily add another account that uses a different email address to log into. This other company will disappear from the list the next you log out.
📎NOTE: If the email address your employer is using is wrong, you need to tell them so they can correct this for you.
What if my other employer uses Sage Employee Online Services?
If your other employer uses Sage Employee Online Services, you log in at www.sagepayrollservices.co.uk to access your payslips online.
