When you create a performance group, you can assign manager to manage aspects of the performance module for employees also assigned to the same group. We'll show you how to add a manager to a performance group.

  1. Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.

  2. On the settings menu click Performance, then click Groups.

  3. Click Eligibility on the group.

  4. Click on the Managers tab, then select who you want to be the performance group manager.

  5. Click Save.
