When you create a performance group, you can assign employees to it. This provides them access to the performance modules. We'll show you how to add employees to a performance group.

  1. Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.

  2. On the settings menu click Performance, then click Groups.

  3. Click Eligibility on the group.

  4. Click on the Employees tab, then select which employees you want to be in the performance group.

  5. Click Save.
