At the beginning of your holiday calendar year, it is common to need to know how many days employees had left to use in the previous holiday year that they didn't take.
This could be because you have agreed to allow them to carry over a certain amount of unused holidays, or you have a policy where employees are paid for holidays not used etc.
To view this information, you need to go to your Time off reports.
Click Reports, then Time off.
Click Time off status.
Select the relevant time off policy.
Select the drop down next to Ongoing [Current year dates], then select the dates of the previous year.
Click Generate, then click Download. This exports the information for you to view in Excel.
📎NOTE: Please make sure you click Generate before you download the report to ensure you view the correct information.
Unused days shows under the Available days column.
📌TIP: You can adjust carried-over days manually.
📌TIP: Did you know you can set up a time off policy to automatically carry over a set number of unused days? This means you don't have to manually add them each year.
