When you log into Sage HR Online Services, if you can't see your latest payslip listed, or your previous payslips and P60 aren't showing either, there are some checks you should make.
Confirm that the payslips have been uploaded
If your employer hasn't uploaded the payslip or P60 yet, this will be why it isn't showing. Check with them whether they have uploaded them, or whether they are scheduled to appear on a future date.
If you have historical payslips or P60s not showing, the person who processes your payroll can re-upload these for you.
📎NOTE: If you've been notified that you have a payslip ready to view, but when you log in it isn't there or you can only see old payslips, check with your employer whether they uploaded historical payslips rather than your latest payslip, or whether they've uploaded it in error and deleted it.

Access Sage HR Online Services a different way
See whether your payslips/P60s show when accessing Sage HR Online Services another way:
Try a different internet browser
Try a different device - For example if you're using the Sage HR app on your phone, check whether you can see them when logged into the website version on a computer
If you still can't see your payslips, move on to the next section.
Clear cookies and cache
Clear the cache and cookies on your computer's internet browser to see if they show after.

Once done, log out then log back in. If you still can't see your payslips after doing this, move on to the next section.
Contact your employer
If you have tried the steps above and you still can't find the payslips or P60s that you're looking for, you must get in touch with the person who processes your payroll.
They can look into this for you and only they can contact Sage technical support if required.
