Do you have an employee in Sage 50 Payroll that isn't in Sage HR Online Services yet?
When you upload their payslips or historical payslips for the first time, this automatically creates their employee profile in Sage HR Online Services and imports the following employee details from Sage 50 Payroll:
Bank name, account name, account number, and sort code (primary account only)
Mobile phone number
