If you've added your employees but chose not to send a welcome email, or their welcome email has expired, it's easy to resend this welcome email to them.

There are two ways to resend a welcome email:

Resend the welcome email to an individual employee

  1. Log in to Sage HR Online Services as an admin user.

  2. From the main menu, click Company then click the relevant employee profile.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Personal settings.

  4. Click Regenerate password & re-send welcome email.

📎NOTE: If you use Sage HR integrated with Sage payroll software, this says Resend Sage ID invitation email instead.

  5. Click Save.

Resend welcome email to multiple employees

  1. On the main menu, click Reports.

  2. Click Access logs.

You will see a few widgets showing your company login statistics.

  3. Click Re-send welcome email inside the Never logged in widget.

    A popup window will open:

  4. To invite everyone in one go, click on the green Send welcome email to all.

Alternatively, you can send invites to individual employees by clicking on the Send button next to their name.

When your employee receives the welcome email, they must set up their access from it to be able to log in. They won't be able to log in until they do this.

📎NOTE: If you have G Suite or other Single Sign On integration with Sage HR, then no password will be asked.
