Once you have a working pattern, any employee you want to have using that working pattern needs to be assigned to it.

  1. Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.

  2. On the settings menu click Timesheets, then click Working patterns.

  3. On a working pattern, click Eligibility .

  4. Select the employee(s) you want to assign to this group. You can search for them or use the advanced search to filter down to employees of a certain Team, Position and/or Location .

  5. Once selected click Save.

📌TIP: Once you've created your working patterns, if you want them to be used for timesheets, make sure you select pre-fill using working patterns in your timesheet general settings.
