When your employer sets you up for Sage HR, you will receive a welcome email inviting you to use the service. This email allows you to set up your access to Sage HR.

If you've not received an email yet, there are some things you should check.

Check your junk/spam folder

Check your junk/spam folder to ensure your email security does not block the email address:

Checks to make with your employer

Has your employer sent a welcome email yet?

Check with your employer that they have sent the welcome email.

If they haven't then this will be why you have not received it.

If they have, ask them to resend the welcome email. If you don't receive it again this indicates that either your email security is blocking the email, or the email address your employer has used for you is wrong.

Has your employer used the correct email address?

Check with your employer that they've entered the correct email address for you when they set you up.

📌TIP: Your employer may have used one of your alternative personal or work email addresses, or they may have mistyped your email address.

Try to get visual confirmation of what your email address is in your profile, as your employer may not have spotted a typo.

Further support

If you have made all these checks and can't see why you don't have the welcome email, inform your employer so they can contact Sage HR support to look into it.
