Have access to your HR essentials from the palm of your hand with the Sage HR mobile app.

The Sage HR mobile app is a companion to the web version of Sage HR. The mobile app provides access to important employee information and approvals from your handheld device.


Main features of the Sage HR app

  • Company directory and Employee profiles with personal and emergency information

  • Time off requests and approvals, including attachments, replacements, and custom fields

  • View and download standard documents

  • View announcements

  • Expense claims and approvals with attachments, multiple currencies & pay types

  • Clock in and out with just a swipe

  • Enter and submit your timesheet hours

  • Surveys and feedback forms requested by colleagues to fill out.

  • Quick Feedback supporting customizable badges

  • View and book 1-to-1 meetings with your manager

  • Update your personal goals or OKRs

  • Upcoming Shifts are visible on the Home screen when assigned and published

  • Payslips and tax documents (e.g. P60s) - for users with Sage HR integrated with Sage payroll software
