These permissions settings apply to all employees, including admin users.

To get to Global permissions:

  1. Click your email address in the top-right hand corner, then click Settings.

  2. On the settings menu, click Permissions, then click Global.

📎NOTE: Any changes to settings permissions you make, ensure you scroll down and click Save.

The following functions you can enable or disable for all users:

  • Documents

  • Emergency contacts

  • Notes

  • Onboarding

Employee profile tabs

Choose what tabs you want to show in employees' profiles

  • Personal

  • Documents

  • Emergency


Employee information fields

Choose fields you want to be applicable for employee profiles that can either be filled out by admins, managers or the employee themselves.

  • Title (Mr./Mrs.)

  • Nationality

  • Employment status

  • Work phone

  • Driving licence

  • State

  • LinkedIn

  • Skype

  • Gender

  • Martial status

  • Employee #

  • Street 2

  • Home phone

  • Mobile phone
