Mention someone in an announcement

You can mention a person to draw their attention to an important announcement or comment.

Mentions are a great way to bring attention to an announcement or comment that you need a specific employee to see.

It's easy to mention someone in an announcement:

  1. Type @ followed by their name. A suggestion automatically pops up based on what you've typed.

  2. Click the correct suggestion.

After you submit it, the mentioned employees receive an email notification with a direct link to this post.
