Review cycles are a great way to create reminders for things such as 1-to-1 meetings. You can control their frequency, who they are sent to, and add triggers so that employees are automatically sent an email or task as a reminder.
Only employees with administrator access can follow these steps:
Create a review cycle
- Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.
- On the settings menu click PERFORMANCE, then click Review cycles.
- Click ADD NEW.
- Name the review cycle.
- Select a frequency - once you click SAVE, you cannot edit this to something else, so choose carefully.
- Select which teams you want it to apply to.
- Click SAVE.
📌TIP: To duplicate a review cycle click on the papers icon. To edit a review cycle click on the pencil icon. To delete a review cycle click on the rubbish bin icon.
