Set up 360 Feedback

Configure 360 Feedback settings in Sage HR. Control competencies, review rules, reports, and email content.

Use 360 Feedback settings to control how feedback forms appear and behave in Sage HR.

Only administrators can access these settings.


Open 360 Feedback settings

  1. Click your name in the top right.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click Performance.

  4. Click 360 Feedback.

Click Save after each change.


Manage competencies

You can add, edit, or delete competencies:

  1. Click Add competency.

  2. Enter a title.

  3. Enter a description.

  4. Click Save.

Click the pencil icon to edit. Click the trash can icon to delete.


Configure review settings

Ratings

  • Set the maximum rating between 3 and 10

  • Choose which ratings require comments

  • Set a minimum character limit for comments if needed

  • Rename ratings and assign colours

  • Allow users to skip questions with “Can’t evaluate”

Review sending preferences

  • Allow users to send mass reviews

  • Limit outstanding review tasks per employee

  • Allow managers to create templates

Feedback visibility

  • No relation shows no reviewer details

  • Relation shows a role such as a manager or peer

  • Full name shows the reviewer’s name


Set report preferences

Turn on the reports you want:

  • Overview

  • Overview by employees

  • Top strengths and development areas

  • Rating of competencies

  • Comparisons by location, team, gender, or custom fields

  • Charts and summary reports


Set individual review preferences

Choose what appears in review results:

  • Detailed competencies report

  • Top strengths & development areas

  • Rating of competencies

  • Competence assessment summary by groups

  • Feedback summary

  • Detailed ratings

  • Summary of indicators

  • Ratings

  • Ratings distribution

  • Spider diagrams

  • Bar chart


Edit email templates

  1. Click Edit assignment message or Edit nomination message.

  2. Update the content using placeholders if needed.

  3. Click Save.
