Use 360 Feedback

Create, send, complete, and review 360 Feedback in Sage HR to support regular performance reviews.

360 Feedback helps you collect structured feedback for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.

Before you create a feedback review, confirm your settings.

  1. Select your name in the top‑right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Select Performance, then Feedback.


Manage competencies and questions

Use Feedback settings to manage competencies and questions.

You can:

  • Add or edit competencies, also called categories

  • Add multiple questions under each competency

Sage HR shows all competencies and descriptions in a dropdown when you create a review template.


Update global feedback settings

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Feedback settings page.

  2. Adjust the options to match how you want feedback to work.

  3. Select Save.

📎NOTE: These settings apply to all 360 Feedback reviews you create.


Create a feedback review

After you save your settings, you can create a new feedback review.
