The Feedback review feature is an amazing solution for your monthly, quarterly, annual reviews and 360 appraisals.
Before you create your review, you must check your settings.
Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.
On the settings menu click PERFORMANCE, then click Feedback.
Here you can add and edit the competencies i.e categories. To save you time all of these categories with their descriptions appear in a dropdown menu when you create a new review template. You can add as many questions under a specific category, as you wish.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Feedback settings, and adjust them to your liking.
4. Click SAVE. These are global settings and will apply to all Feedback reviews you create.
