If your organisation offers employees a dedicated day off for their birthday, create a specific time‑off policy to manage it.
Set the policy allowance to one day per year, accruing annually. Employees then select this policy when they request time off for their birthday.
📎NOTE: The system doesn't restrict employees to selecting only their birthday. If your company policy requires employees to use this time off on their actual birthday, the approver must verify that the requested date matches the employee’s date of birth before approving the request.
