Reset 2-factor authentication (2FA) - Employee Sage account

How to reset 2FA when you use a 'Employee' Sage account to log into Sage HR.

There may be times a Employee Sage account user can't access their 2FA device to log in to Sage HR. For instance, if you lose access to your authenticator app and aren't getting texts or calls.

When this happens, an admin user will need to reset 2FA via the employee's Sage HR profile.

Steps for an admin

You can reset the employee's 2FA via the personal settings of their Sage HR profile.
