This appears when your company hasn’t enabled Sage account logins yet.
📎NOTE: Only admins see this message. Employees can still sign in as normal. This is different from 'Sage HR is unavailable: Update your Sage account to restore access'.
Restore access
Select Enable Sage accounts on the message screen.
Follow the on‑screen steps to enable Sage accounts for your company.
Complete the setup.
After you finish, Sage HR restores access to your company.
