When you create a custom field, you can make changes to it. For example, if you want to:
Change its name
Add or amend its description
Change the custom field type
Apply new settings, such as allowing employees to edit this field themselves
📎NOTE: If you want to edit the contents of a custom field, you must do so in the employee's profile or use the mass editing tool.
Click your name in top-right corner, then click Settings.
On the settings menu, click Employee data.
Click Custom fields.
Next to the relevant custom field, click the pencil icon.
Make your changes.
Once done, click Save.
