You can sync your Sage HR calendar with Outlook or Google. Sometimes if you're having an issue with your sync, we may advise you to reset this sync. Below we explain the steps to do this, with some tips to follow to avoid any potential duplicated entries appearing in your integrated calendar.
Step 1 - Rename your 'Sage HR' calendar in Outlook or Google
When you first set up your calendar sync, you can choose to sync it with an existing calendar in Outlook/Google or create a new calendar.
If you previously created a new one, you'll have a calendar in Outlook or Google called Sage HR.
Rename this calendar to, for example, Sage HR OLD.
📎NOTE: You can skip this step if you don't have a specific Sage HR calendar in Outlook or Google.
Step 2 - Disable the calendar sync
Click Calendar on the main menu.
Towards the top right of the calendar, click Sync with my calendar.
Under Google or Outlook, click Disable.
Wait a few minutes before moving to Step 3.
Step 3 - Enable the calendar sync
Enable the sync again with Outlook or Google.

📎NOTE:
Linking to an existing calendar
If you choose to sync to an existing calendar, if this was previously linked to Sage HR, you may see duplicate Sage HR entries in your Outlook/Google calendar. You will have to delete the duplicates manually in Outlook or Google.
Creating a new calendar
If you select to create a new calendar in Outlook or Google, after the sync completes, you may see both a new and your old Sage HR calendar.
You can delete the old Sage HR calendar if you no longer want it to appear.
