Time off ledger report

An overview of the Time off ledger report within Time off reports in Sage HR, and how to use it.

The Time off ledger report provides a list page lists the transactions for time off submitted, shows transactions that may affect employees' leave balances.


Where is the report?

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Click Time off.

  3. Click Time off ledger.

You can filter the report to show all employees or a specific employee.

You can also change the export time unit to show as either days or hours.


Record a new transaction

Click Record new transaction to manually add time off transactions. This provides the same function as changing their employee's time off balance via their profile.

When you use this option, you can select which employee you are making the change for. This allows you to change the balance for different employees without having to go to the profile of each one.


Export report

To export the report to Excel, scroll down to the bottom, then click Export.
