If you no longer need a time off policy, you can unassign all employees from that policy so that it's no longer available to use for time off requests.
If you want to permanently remove the policy, then you can delete it.
⚠CAUTION: This action is irreversible and will delete both the policy and all time off made requests under this policy.
Click your name on the top right, then click Settings.
On the settings menu click Time off, then click Policies.
Click the rubbish bin icon on the time off policy you want to delete.
If you're sure you want to delete the policy, click Yes, go ahead.
The policy now no longer appears within your settings, and all time off requests that was on the policy are also deleted.
