When you try to log in to Sage HR you see the following message after too many incorrect login attempts.

Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts.

You should receive an email from Sage with steps on how to unblock your account.

If you don't receive an email, follow the steps below.

Reset your password

Click Forgot Password? and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password. You should be able to log in with your new password.

If this doesn't work or you don't receive an email to change your password, move on to the next step.

Resend welcome email

Contact your employer. An admin user for your Sage HR company may need to resend you a welcome email. This is in case you need to set up or re-set up your Sage account login.

If your welcome email has an option to 'Create a Sage ID' make sure to click it to create your Sage account login.

If you still can't log in after creating a Sage account, or you have no option to 'Create a Sage ID', contact your employer. An admin user for your Sage HR company will need to contact Sage HR support to investigate this further.
