Sage Employee Online Services is a different online payslips portal used by some Sage UK customers.

In the UK, there are two different online payslips portals by Sage that exist.

Depending on what Sage payroll software your employer uses determines which portal you use. It's possible to work for someone who uses Sage Employee Online Services, then another employer who uses Sage HR.

This can explain situations where you only see certain employers on the Sage HR mobile app, because one uses Sage HR, and the other employer doesn't. It can also explain why you can't log in on the Sage HR mobile app, because your employer doesn't uses Sage HR, they use Sage Employee Online Services.


How can I tell if I use Sage Employee Online Services?

  • Your welcome email and payslip notification emails says Sage Employee Online Services

  • Your notification emails direct you to log in at www.sagepayrollservices.co.uk

  • It will say Sage Employee Online Services at the top when you log in via an internet browser
