Access previous employer

There are only certain scenarios where you may be able to log in to your Sage HR company after you leave their employment.

When your employer processes you as a leaver in Sage HR, they 'terminate' you.

By default when a user is terminated they can no longer log in to that Sage HR company, either on the Sage HR website or the Sage HR mobile app.

There is only one way you can still log in to the Sage HR website after they terminate you:

  • Your employer integrates Sage HR with Sage 50 Payroll

  • They enable a setting that allows terminated employees to log in to the Sage HR website up to either 7 days, 30 days, or 1 year after their leave date

📎NOTE: This setting only allows access to log in on the Sage HR website, not the mobile app.

Try to log in at https://sage.hr/signin to see if you still have access.

📌TIP: Remember if you work for more than one employer that uses Sage HR and they use the same email address for you when you log into one company, you can switch to the other.

If you still can't log in, then you need to contact your ex-employer directly. They can provide you with your payslips and tax documents directly from their payroll software if required.
