If you have an existing job category, you can assign an employee to them. You can also follow the same steps to unassign an employee from a job category.

Click your name in the top right-hand corner, then click Settings.
From the General settings menu, click Employee data.
Click Positions and job categories, on the relevant job category, click Eligibility.
Select the relevant employee(s), then click Save.

You can also assign an employee to an existing job category from their profile. Click on the dropdown under Job category in the Employee tab in their profile
Once an employee has been assigned to a job category, this shows on their profile.
