When you upload payslips or upload P60s to Sage HR Online Services, your employees receive an email notification that their latest payslip, or P60 is ready to view.
An employee won't receive an email notification if:
You upload payslips as historical payslips
Email notifications are switched off within Personal Settings of employee's Sage HR profile
[email protected] is blocked by the employee's email security
📎NOTE: Due to customer feedback, payslip notifications for historical payslips was removed in the v29.02 Sage 50 Payroll update. If you want an employee to be notified about their payslips, you must either upload live payslips, or you can post an announcement in Sage HR if you have the Core HR module.
